I believe that fitness and self-love are for everyBODY, regardless of size, age, ethnicity, your past, your present, or your future. This is for YOU, and this is for you NOW. 

There are no perfect circumstances, no perfect weight, or perfect pants size that will make you ready and worthy of self-love and starting the journey to truly taking care of your body both via your words and actions. 

My goal is to help you balance your life, your mindset, and your fitness goals because I believe they are all equally important components of this journey.

Every plan includes:

A 30-45 minute in-take intro session

A copy of the EveryBODY e-guide

An individualized training plan based on your comprehensive goals and fitness level

Mindset and goal coaching to help you integrate your training plan with your life

Individualized nutrition coaching

One-on-one training/coaching sessions

Virtual support via phone and email

What a training/coaching session looks like:

Sessions will vary depending on the format you choose. Typically, sessions will be approximately an hour long. The first 20 minutes of each session we will conduct the coaching portion of the session which will involve reviewing your goals, discussing mindset, and aspects of your life that relate to your overall well-being. The remaining 40 minutes will be utilized for training and will involve learning form, running you through a workout, and otherwise will vary depending on the individualized plan I create for you.

Online Plans

If you select an online plan, we will conduct sessions over a video conference platform.

 If you select an online plan you can use your own equipment at home or can complete workouts at the gym. If you are working out at home, I will build your plan based on the equipment available to you. If you are working out at the gym, we will utilize sessions for coaching and review of any questions related to your plan, the workouts, and whatever else we collaboratively decide the time should be used for.

In-person Plans

I offer three options for in-person training session:

If you have equipment in your home or a home-gym, I can train you in your home utilizing your own equipment.**

If you don’t have equipment, I can bring the equipment to you: I have my own portable collection of equipment and I am prepared and equipped to bring the gym to you!**

**Must be located within 15 miles of Mechanicsburg, PA for these options

or

Come to my home gym! If the first two options do not appeal to you, I can conduct your training sessions in my home in Mechanicsburg where I have a complete home gym.
